Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering calls.
  • Maintain student records and handle document filing (digital and paper-based).
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Provide support to the counseling and admissions teams.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in an office support or receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
