Admissions Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise students and families on academic programs, universities, and admissions requirements.
  • Assist with application processes, including documentation, personal statements, and transcripts.
  • Liaise with academic institutions to monitor application progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with students in a timely manner.
  • Conduct consultations via phone, email, or in-person appointments.
  • Attend education fairs, webinars, and recruitment events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in student advising or education consulting (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Canadian and international education systems is an asset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
